“Participants’ concern has been observed by Izama (2003) who states that ‘if one partner becomes infected with HIV, the man would distribute the infection to all wives in the polygamous marriage.'(Matshidze,Mashamba 5).”

About the Passage

This article is related beautifully to my chosen research because it relates cultural values to the HIV/AIDS epidemic. The author mentions a direct impact of family identity and its impact on AIDS in this quote. This passage would be useful in establishing my credibility because this source is scholarly and the author states just facts, with an impartial tone.
